01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service provided through the jl58 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the jl58 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your jl58 account, you agree to:

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

jl58 supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion;
• Deposits are generally credited to your jl58 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider;
• jl58 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees;
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your jl58 account;
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification;
• jl58 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal;

All transactions on jl58 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl58 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jl58 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

jl58 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider;
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers;
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jl58 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the jl58 support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining balance will be returned to the player subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
